How Customers Will Book

Visual calendar shows available dates (green), booked dates (gray), and blocked dates
Enter Guest Info
Name, email, phone, party size, and guest names for the waiver
Pay Deposit or Full Amount
Secure Stripe checkout. You choose whether to require deposit or full payment.
Done!
Confirmation email sent immediately. Waiver sent automatically.
Stripe Payments
Industry-standard payment processing. 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction (compared to FareHarbor's ~6%).
Automated Waivers
Digital waivers sent automatically after booking. Customers sign on their phone. You see status in your dashboard.
Email Confirmations
Automatic emails: booking confirmation, waiver reminder, trip reminder (1 week), trip reminder (1 day), thank you after trip.
Availability Control
Block dates for weather, maintenance, or personal days. Set different availability for boat vs ice fishing seasons.
